By using westoriarentals.com or renting from Westoria Rentals, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide roll-off dumpster rental services. Specific terms (size, rental period, price) are confirmed at booking.

Quotes & Pricing

Flat-rate quotes include delivery, pickup, disposal, taxes, and the agreed rental window. Overweight loads, prohibited materials, extended rental days, and trip charges for inaccessible deliveries may incur additional fees.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous waste, liquids, tires, batteries, refrigerants, asbestos, and medical waste are prohibited. The customer is responsible for any cleanup or surcharges resulting from prohibited materials.

Site Conditions

Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and legal placement, including necessary permits and adequate clearance.

Liability

Westoria Rentals is not responsible for incidental damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces resulting from agreed placement. Customer assumes responsibility for placement decisions.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery are refunded in full. Late cancellations may incur a trip fee.

Payment

Payment is due before or upon delivery unless other terms are arranged for commercial accounts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which service is provided.
